Order Cancellation
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any charges.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such cases, you may follow the return procedure once you receive the item.
- BigBee-Initiated Cancellations:
- BigBee reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as unavailability of stock, issues with the payment method, or discrepancies in the delivery address.
- In such cases, you will be notified via email, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on the website.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and hygiene-related products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
